We are looking for part-time Finance Assistant to join our finance team, whilst our current assistant is on maternity leave. Although this will be a fixed term contract, there may be the opportunity for a permanent role depending on business needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a finance role, particularly in accounts payable/receivable or as a finance assistant.
The ideal candidate will be a key member of the finance team, taking on a varied range of tasks and responsibilities, with some admin tasks for the office.
All other members of the finance team are based in Dubai, so strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential. You will be reporting to the Finance Manager (based in Dubai) . You must be comfortable managing your time efficiently, handling ad-hoc requests, and supporting non-finance team members with general queries (including but not limited to VAT questions, payment requests, payslip inquiries, and company car queries).
This role is perfect for someone who would like to have the flexibility of part time work in an office environment.
