We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cafe Manager to lead our establishment. Duties

Supervise and coordinate all cafe activities, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning routines Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee team performance to ensure smooth operations Ensure adherence to food safety standards and health regulations at all times Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and control stock levels effectively Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly Implement training programmes for staff on food production, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices Monitor financial performance, including sales tracking and cost control measures Foster a welcoming atmosphere that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and excellent service delivery

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment Experience in team management with leadership qualities to motivate staff effectively Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards in the hospitality sector Previous roles involving serving or barista experience are highly desirable Familiarity with cafe operations will be considered an advantage Excellent organisational skills combined with the ability to work under pressure in a busy setting
