6 month's Temporary position to cover Maternity leave with possible permanent position within the company after the contract ends.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person for this role, to join our busy NHS and Private practice based in Skipton.

As a Dental Practice Manager/Receptionist you will be responsible for the daily running of the Dental practice and reception, whilst working alongside your colleagues completing admin duties and leading the team.

You will recruit, retain and lead a team of professional self-employed clinicians plus the support staff of the practice; Dental nurses, Receptionists and cleaners.

You will work alongside the Practice principals on a daily basis to ensure a smooth running of the practice and the patients.

Essential:

Previous Management of a team (1 year)
Desirable:

Previous Patient or client co-ordinator work Previous Receptionist experience Previous Dental experience is preferred Worked within the Health & social sector

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour
