What You'll Do



Deliver

engaging, differentiated Math lessons

tailored to individual EHCP targets. Create a calm, supportive classroom using

trauma-informed and restorative approaches

. Build strong, trusting relationships that promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral teams to ensure joined-up support. Celebrate progress--big or small--and help pupils believe in themselves.

What We're Looking For



QTS

and experience teaching Math at KS3/KS4. Resilience, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A genuine passion for inclusion and helping every child succeed. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
