We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to support students in achieving their academic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong teaching skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with children. Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and tailored tutoring sessions to students across different age groups and ability levels Assess individual student needs and develop customised lesson plans to address specific learning objectives Support students with homework, exam preparation, and skill development in various subjects Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents where appropriate Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and special educational requirements Maintain organised records of sessions, progress reports, and lesson plans

Requirements

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or young learners Knowledge of special education strategies is advantageous Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently Passion for education and supporting student development Organised, reliable, and able to adapt to individual student needs Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or tutoring are desirable but not essential Ability to work flexibly within scheduled hours; previous experience working with diverse learners is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From 4.13 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week
