Bright Mind Tutors is a leading tutoring service dedicated to providing high-quality education tailored to students\' individual needs. We offer online and face-to-face tutoring, empowering students to achieve their academic goals. We are committed to making a difference in the lives of every student we help and are seeking tutors who share that same passion. We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and experienced Maths, English, and Science tutors to join our team. As a tutor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and support students on their educational journey. You will be focussing on delivering tutoring sessions within Maths, Science and English to students. Who are we looking for? We are seeking exceptional, patient, understanding, and dedicated tutors. Preferably with good teaching or tutoring experience and expertise in their subjects. Most importantly, we are looking for individuals with the passion and the ability to help our students learn and realise their highest potential.

• QTS or other teaching qualifications would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the UK curriculum and Safeguarding is essential.
• Flexible schedule and Time management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct tailored tutoring sessions in Maths, English, or Science for students across different levels (KS1 to A levels).
• Create engaging and effective lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Deliver quality one to one tuition in family homes, schools or designated centres.
• Develop lesson plans to deliver predetermined objectives.
• To deliver tailored tutoring sessions that suit student\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
• Maintain our values and personalised service policy.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
• Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.

Requirements:

• Strong subject knowledge and expertise in Maths, English, or Science.
• Minimum one year of tutoring experience.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate students\' schedules.
• Passionate about helping young learners achieve their academic potential.
• Self-employed status and able to manage own schedule effectively.
• Possession of a DBS certificate on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
