to join our dynamic PRU team, supporting pupils who require a more personalised, nurturing, and flexible approach to learning.
About the Role
As a Maths Teacher in our PRU, you will:
Deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 to small groups and individuals.
Build positive relationships and use restorative, trauma-informed approaches to support pupils with SEMH/SEN needs and behavioural challenges.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored learning plans and support reintegration where appropriate.
Teach across
two sites (never on the same day however)
, ensuring continuity and consistency for pupils.
Travel Requirements
This role requires teaching across both of our PRU sites.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable

willingness and ability to commute
between the two locations during the school day.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Holds
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- essential.
Has experience teaching Maths, ideally within an alternative provision, PRU, or SEMH setting (though strong mainstream experience will be considered).
Demonstrates resilience, flexibility, and a commitment to supporting young people with complex needs.
Is able to work creatively and calmly in a varied and sometimes challenging environment.
