Maths Teacher

Location: Remote

25 - 40 p/hour

ALFA, our new learning programme is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Remote Maths Teacher

to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will:

Teach 1:1 virtual lessons for learners attending the ALFA programme. Plan creative and engaging activities to support learners that have significant gaps in their education. Support learners to access a range of accredited qualifications such as Functional Skills, Entry Levels and AQA Unit Awards.

Our ideal candidate will have:

A committed and passionate view of students with SEND At least two years' experience minimum of working in a SEND environment QTS/QTLS is advantageous

At ALFA:

We support young people who are unable to access mainstream education due to SEMH needs, EBSNA, anxiety or SEND needs. Our personalised approach includes face-to-face home tuition, online lessons with subject specialists and outdoor learning through PEAK activity centres.
