Maths Teacher, Leeds
We are actively recruiting an enthusiastic and skilled Maths Teacher with UK recognised QTS based in Leeds.
A secondary school in Leeds are actively seeking a full time Maths teacher to join them in September 2025. This is a long term placement and as a newly appointed teacher you will be fully supported by the Maths department within the school; As part of this role will teach up to GCSE level and be responsible for participating in team planning. There is potential for this to be extended after 1 year.
UK qualified teacher status (QTS) is essential for this role.
Job responsibilities:
Planning/Teaching all lessons in line with the National Curriculum Creating a positive environment and managing behaviour within the classroom Providing leadership for the classroom assistant to provide the best support for all pupils
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status recognised in the UK Full time availability Specialism or experience teaching Maths (preferred)

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 170.00-230.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Work Location: In person
