Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate

Matrimonial Solicitor

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of family and matrimonial matters, including divorce, separation, financial settlements, and children's issues. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services, maintaining client relationships, and upholding the firm's strong reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and progress a caseload of matrimonial and family law cases from instruction to resolution. Provide clear, sensitive legal advice on matters including divorce, financial arrangements, co-parenting, and child custody. Draft and review legal documents, including agreements and court applications. Attend court hearings and represent clients where appropriate. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law and ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless service to clients.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor (Northern Ireland). Minimum 3 years' experience in matrimonial and family law (PQE desirable) preferred. Excellent client care and communication skills. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines. Confident handling both contentious and non-contentious family matters. A calm, empathetic, and professional manner.
