Job Description

The Matron will be a highly visible, accessible, and supportive presence in Surg ical Wards , to which patients, their families and others can turn for le adership, assistance , advice, and support. The post holder will be part of the Divisional Nursing Leadership team with specific responsibility for the Surgical Wards.

Matron's role will focus on:

Financial control of the surgical nursing budgets
