We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fast Food Attendant to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. As a Fast Food Attendant, you will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.

Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining areas. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to food safety regulations. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining an organized dining environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service industry or fast food restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications are required. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
