Role Overview:




We are seeking an experienced and proactive Master Data Management (MDM) Team Leader to oversee our EMEA data management team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data, ensuring it is reliable, accurate, sustainable, and secure. Your leadership will support both strategic decision-making and the day-to-day operations of our rapidly evolving business.


Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on...




Lead and manage a team of MDM professionals, overseeing all aspects of team performance, holiday and training coordination, and staff development. Maintain a trusted, single source of accurate product, customer, and supplier data to empower business users in making informed decisions. Implement and execute data policies and processes, managing the full data lifecycle across the EMEA Division. Ensure all data management requests are processed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitor and improve team KPIs, focusing on the timeliness and accuracy of onboarding new products, customers, and suppliers. Support automation initiatives and process efficiencies within the MDM function. Roll out Data Governance initiatives across the EMEA region, based on established data standards, policies, and quality KPIs. Engage regularly with key stakeholders to establish a Data Community of Practice (COP) and resolve process issues. Allocate resources effectively to meet operational and business project needs, supporting wider organisational objectives.

Your previous experience is likely to include....




Demonstrated experience in managing data management or master data teams. Strong understanding of data governance, quality management, and process improvement. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with a focus on driving data accuracy and operational excellence.

Demonstrate Company Core Values at all times Have a proven background in master data management or related fields. Have experience working within a regional or international context, preferably within EMEA. Have strong project management and organisational skills.
