M&e Clerk Of Works
Job Description
M&E Clerk of Works (part-time) needed for a an immediate start . I have 4 projects that need an M&E Clerk for . Up to two days a week for them all or you can pick which or all of the projects you would like. The locations of the projects are:
Peverel - Essex
Higham Park
Ware - Hertfordshire
Islington
The rate is 350 per day
Duties would include:
Inspection of all works to ensure they comply with contractors proposals, Client technical briefs and design drawing
Witnessing testing and commissioning
Attending site meetings as required
Recording defective work and liaising with contractors to resolve issues
Carrying out final snagging of works
Completing site inspection reports weekly
Monitoring site progress against the construction programme
Assisting in checking valuations against works complete
A CSCS card is essential. Previous experience as an M&E Clerk of Works is preferred not essential if you have experience in a similar role inspecting M&E installations in construction.
