Up to 45,000 + Overtime AvailableAbout the Role
A leading facilities services provider is seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support operations across high-profile commercial sites, including major transport infrastructure. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining critical systems such as HVAC, control systems, pumping stations, and electrical plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems Diagnose faults and perform repairs to minimise downtime Support installation and commissioning of new equipment Maintain accurate service records and complete job documentation Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site protocols Contribute to continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives
About You
Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance (preferably in commercial or industrial settings) NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team Excellent communication and customer service skills * Full UK driving licence (essential)
