We're currently working on behalf of a key client to support a large-scale, long-term commercial project in Plymouth, offering immediate starts with work secured through to 2031 and beyond!
Project Overview

Location: Plymouth, Devon
Programme: Long-term works secured to 2031+

Role Available - Immediate Starts
M&E Pre-Construction Manager

Salary: Up to 75k (Perm) | 450 - 500 per day (Freelance)
Location: Plymouth
Duration: 2031 onwards
Initial Works: 20m (including 8m M&E bolt-on)
Future M&E Works: 30m - 40m

(Money is negotiable depending on experience and suitability. Perm roles also in addition have a car allowance on top.)
