Based in and around the South West this is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing M&E fit out company.

With a rapidly growing customer/contract base we are looking to expand our project management capabilities by creating a new position for a M&E Project Manager.

Based primarily from home you will manage M&E projects throughout the south/south east of England that vary in value from 50K - 1M+.

As the M&E Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the projects are completed according to schedule and budget undertaking effective planning to make sure the projects completed are profitable.

You will manage all onsite labour and material procurement and we believe the role will be 60% site based 40% office/home based.

Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience:

Effective planning and project management skills

Experience of working on large fit out projects

Must be fully electrically or mechanically qualified to a recognised level.

Must have a technical understanding of building services engineering systems.

Overall knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of mechanical and electrical systems and their installation methods

Good people management and motivational skills

The ability to work under pressure to meet set deadlines

Fully acquainted with the requirements of the CDM Regulations to ensure all projects are always fully compliant with Health & Safety legislation

Strong communication, influencing and planning skills are a significant requirement as you will be liaising at all levels of the customer and supply chain.

Pay: 55,000.00-65,000.00 per year
