We are expanding our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) division and seeking driven professionals to help design, install, and commission the next generation of life-saving systems.




What We Do




Design, installation, and commissioning of Category 4 sprinkler systems Installation of fire alarms, heat sensors, and smoke detectors Integration and commissioning of Automatic Opening Vent (AOV) systems Full M&E fire safety solutions that meet the highest compliance standards

Key Responsibilities




Deliver the design, installation, and commissioning of M&E fire safety systems, including sprinklers, alarms, detectors, and AOVs Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and meet all compliance requirements Collaborate closely with clients, site teams, and internal departments at Harmony Fire Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement processes Ensure rigorous quality control, documentation, and certification for all systems Uphold health and safety standards and policies across all phases of the project Maintain clear, regular communication with clients and stakeholders, addressing issues promptly and ensuring satisfaction



Qualifications & Experience




Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E project management, ideally in fire safety systems Proven track record delivering sprinkler, fire alarm, detector, or AOV installations Strong understanding of design principles, compliance standards, and commissioning Excellent planning, budgeting, and team coordination skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Relevant technical qualifications (such as LPCB, BM Trada) are desirable but not essential
