Leda Group is working with a well-established and fast-growing M&E contractor that delivers high-quality building services solutions across the commercial, industrial, and public sectors. As part of continued growth, we are recruiting for an experienced

M&E Project Manager (Electrical Bias)

to lead the delivery of major building services projects from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage M&E projects (with an electrical focus) from tender stage through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications. Lead project planning, procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination. Oversee site activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to health & safety regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and delivery teams. Provide regular project updates, cost reports, and risk assessments to internal stakeholders. Drive technical solutions and resolve site or coordination issues promptly.

Key Requirements:

Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager within the M&E/building services sector. Strong electrical background with a deep understanding of electrical installations and systems. Proven track record of managing & delivering projects from 500k-5m+ in value. Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3+, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Building Services). Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Knowledge of current regulations including BS7671 and H&S compliance.
