Summary

We are seeking a dedicated M&E Project Manager to join our team in London. In this pivotal role, you will oversee mechanical and electrical projects, ensuring they align with our commitment to quality and excellence in construction. Your contributions will be vital in delivering exceptional results that uphold our reputation.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of mechanical and electrical projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and tradespeople to ensure project specifications are met. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Supervise site teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Develop project documentation including schedules, reports, and schematics. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong management and project management skills. Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of supervising teams. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and schematics is a plus. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is preferred. Strong communication skills in English.
