Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking a

M&E Supervisor

to join a reputable Residential Construction company based in West Sussex, England. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works on-site, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards, within budget, and in accordance with the agreed timelines. You will be expected to manage site activities effectively, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in site management, particularly within residential construction environments. The position is ongoing, offering a competitive rate of up to 35 per hour, and provides an excellent opportunity to work with a large company with a workforce of 500-1000 employees.


Proven experience in site management within the construction industry, particularly with M&E trades Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders Experience in residential construction projects is preferred CSCS card and relevant qualifications for M&E supervision
