We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Meal Preparation team member to join our Farm to Fork Nutrition Team. This role is essential in ensuring that our meals meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in food service and familiarity with working in a kitchen is an advantage
Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients.
Assist with inventory management and stock records
Packing and labeling of meals to be shipped out nationwide
Experience
Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
Culinary experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of food safety standards.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
The ability to work well individually or in a team, with an emphasis on communication and teamwork.
Farm to Fork Nutrition has continued to grow over the last few years and we are ready to bring in some new members to work efficiently alongside our team to produce the highest quality meals
This part time position will currently be for 2 days per week.
monday and wednesday
6am-finish ( aprox 8 hours)
