Meal Time Assistant
.
The successful candidate will support our pupils during lunch times, ensuring a safe, happy and positive dining experience. You will help to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere, encouraging good table manners and positive play in the playground.
We are seeking someone who:
is patient, caring and approachable
has a good sense of humour and enjoys working with young children
can encourage positive play and friendships
is flexible, enthusiastic and committed
can work well both independently and as part of a team
Experience of working with children is desirable, and an understanding of child development and behaviour would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills with both children and adults are important.
