Location: Christow Community Primary School

Required from September 2025

Grade A2, 24,413 per annum pro rata,

Working Pattern: 12.05pm - 1.05pm

Total 5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

Approximate actual salary: 2,740 per annum

Meal Time Assistant

The successful candidate will support our pupils during lunch times, ensuring a safe, happy and positive dining experience. You will help to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere, encouraging good table manners and positive play in the playground.

We are seeking someone who:

is patient, caring and approachable has a good sense of humour and enjoys working with young children can encourage positive play and friendships is flexible, enthusiastic and committed can work well both independently and as part of a team
Experience of working with children is desirable, and an understanding of child development and behaviour would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills with both children and adults are important.
