Job Description

McKee's are currently looking for a meat packer to join our team and assist within our butchery department.

Full time & Part time available (Monday - Saturday working hours-closed Sunday's)

Duties include:
- Traying relevant meats
- Ensuring accurate labelling and packaging of products
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing area
- Follow food safety guidelines and health & safety
- Collaborate with other team members to meet goals.

-Operating a vacuum packing machine

Experience:
- Previous experience in food production or packaging preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for measuring and weighing ingredients

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and labelling
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively
- Basic understanding of food safety practices and regulations
