Job Description
Kepak Meat Division UK is one of the UK's leading food processing companies operating 3 manufacturing sites (Merthyr Tydfil in Wales, Aberdeen in Scotland and Bodmin in England).
Our company is dedicated to delivering high-quality food products and we have up to 2,000 people across our dedicated teams. As a Meat Processing Operative you'll play a key role in our production process while gaining hands-on experience, training, and the opportunity to build a lasting career in food manufacturing.

What you'll do:
Work on a range of activities, including packing, machinery operation, maintaining cleanliness, and product distribution. Work with your team to set up the production line, conduct necessary checks, and ensure all materials are prepared for use. Follow all hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Support in meeting daily production targets whilst working in chilled factory environment.
What we're looking for:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, chilled environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to meet production needs. * Previous food factory is helpful, but full training is provided.
