This would be a great role for someone who is looking to develop a career in an Mechanical Engineering discipline. Someone who enjoys building or repairing items or has an interest in how things work or basic mechanics.Full training given, with a great opportunity to build a foundation and progress in a dynamic and growing company.

The Role:

To work within the Production team to produce all our products efficiently and cost effectively. To ensure all machines are assembled correctly and safely from a kit of parts. Machine to be assembled hand tools and basic power tools using templates and machine build manuals and models. Fitting of motors, timing belts and pulleys. Building and assembling Conveyors and similar machinery, with full training and instruction given. Liaising with the Technical team and Design teams to resolve any issues relating to assembly, specifications and drawings. To make certain all machines are built to the highest of standards and leave the factory on time.

The Person:

We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast paced and exciting environment. Whilst you will be required to work on your own initiative, it is essential that you enjoy being part of a small team and are willing to support others at challenging times. Key skills include:

Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly. The ability to be diverse and manage multiple tasks at once. Able to follow logical processes. Experience of mechanical assembly or similar would be an advantage. However training will be given to a keen individual who is looking to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 23,809.50-24,375.00 per year
