Located in Runcorn, United Kingdom, our newly extended 120,000 sq. ft. facility is a fully integrated site offering
comprehensive manufacturing, repair, and overhaul services to the major players in the landing gear industry.
Designated as a Center of Excellence, the facility specializes in surface treatment and assembly of small to mediumsized landing gear systems. As a key part of the Centre of Division, supports several global programs, including:

Key Responsibilities:
Building, testing, and inspection of both routine and complex mechanical hydraulic systems
Fit and assemble of sub-assembly parts and components.
Identifying and repairing mechanically issues.
The ability to use variety of measuring equipment e.g. Micrometres.
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and H.S.E Standards.
Working to engineering drawings, C.M.M s and Operation Instructions.
Requirements:
Desirable:
NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Previous experience as an Assembly Fitter in the Aviation Industry.
Strong understanding of mechanical hydraulics systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Required:

37-hour week Monday to Friday.
Days shift 8am- 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8am -1.00pm
Alternating shift pattern,
Early: 6.30am - 2.15pm Monday-Thursday.
Friday 6.30am -12.30pm
Late 2.00pm - 9.45pm Monday-Thursday.
Friday 12.30-18.30
Overtime available after completion of training.
3 Months Training Programme, before joining the shopfloor team.
