delivering precision engineering from the UK to customers across the globe.
We are seeking a
Mechanical Assembly Technician
to strengthen our growing engineering team, playing a crucial role in assembling and sometimes installing our equipment.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:
Working as a critical team member to build standard and semi-standard equipment.
Mechanical prep / build of products.
Working to drawings & 3D CAD models to ensure each build is completed to a high standard.
Looking after the workshop area, tools, equipment and materials.
Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards.
Working closely with the rest of the team to streamline the build process and help with constant quality improvement of our products and processes.
From time to time, undertaking installations at customer sites within the UK.
Tasks will vary from day to day, working on different equipment depending on customer needs and orders.
Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for a
dynamic

enthusiastic individual
with a
technical mindset
and an eagerness to develop within a fast-paced engineering environment. You'll need:
Strong mechanical assembly skills, with a keen eye for quality and detail.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
In depth understanding of technical drawings and engineering processes.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Driving License.
Experience of other mechanical engineering disciplines such as machining or fabrication would be an advantage.
Fork Lift Truck qualifications desirable, but not essential.
