About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical Assembly & Test Engineer to join our team at Watermist. In this permanent, full-time position, you will play a key role in assembling mechanical systems, performing testing and validation, and ensuring the quality and performance of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings and specifications. Perform functional and performance testing to ensure compliance with quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults. Collaborate with engineering teams to support design improvements. Maintain detailed records of assembly processes and test results. Comply with all health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications at Level 3 or equivalent experience. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proven reliability and a commitment to quality. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment. Basic electrical panel and control cabinet assembly experience is a plus.
