Our client, A reputable Mechanical Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on, commercial, data centre, pharma and healthcare, sectors. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland
About the role:

• EUR80-90k salary

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support site safety, quality assurance, and day-to-day operational management in partnership with the project and safety teams.
• Manage project scheduling, cost control (labour, materials, equipment, variations, valuations), and progress tracking to ensure project targets are met.
• Direct and coordinate the project team and subcontractors, including weekly progress meetings, manpower oversight, and schedule alignment across disciplines.
• Oversee reporting systems including time administration, snagging/punch lists, and QA/QC processes, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
• Chair site and project meetings and support full project close-out, including handover documentation, safety files, O&M manuals, and final accounts.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of full project lifecycle across design and construction.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage project programs on large-scale builds.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager with a successful track record.
• Relevant trade background or third-level qualification in construction or engineering.
• Full clean driving licence.
