Job Description
WJM Building Services Ltd would like to employ an Assistant Mechanical Contracts Manager to improve the Delivery of existing and new Mechanical Measured Term Contracts and Minor Works Projects.
THE ROLE
Assisting and reporting directly to the Contracts Manger on a daily basis
Planning and delivery of Response / Reactive Maintenance Works and Minor Works Projects
Managing and co-ordinating of WJM Directly Employed Staff and Sub-Contractors
Placing orders and dealing with Suppliers
Liaising and communicating with clients
The role will mainly be confined to N.Ireland with the majority of works within the Greater Belfast Area
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years-experience within the Mechanical / Building Services Industry - this can either be within an on site hands on basis , office based or through an Educational Qualification.
Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
Good communication skills
Punctual and presentable
Computer literate -preferably with experience in using Microsoft Office
