FMServ offers a nationwide commercial property maintenance service, including 24-hour emergency call-outs and other small works.

Due to continual year on year growth, as of 2024 we employ over 70 employees across the UK and are expanding.

Job Title: HVAC M&E Engineer

Location: London, Home Counties, South East - Mobile

As a HVAC / M&E Engineer you will have overall responsibility for the works you carry out on site.

The primary role of this position is to carry out the required works to ensure that the correct and compliant working order of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

You will be expected to have good customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers as and when required.

Qualifications / Experience

To be successful in the HVAC / M&E Engineer role you must have:

Have experience in the commercial sector

At least 3 years' experience working in a FM company

The FGAS qualification is not essential but is desirable for this position
