About the Programme

Our

Career (rotational) Development Programme (CDP)

is a

three-year journey

for ambitious mechanical engineers (0-2 years' experience). You'll rotate through

three 12-month assignments

, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as, but not limited to):

Design and Maintenance

Plant Operations and Manufacturing

Production and Project Engineering

Start-up & Commissioning

Operations Excellence and Mechanical Integrity

+ At least one rotation will be at a plant site, giving you real-world exposure.


Potential locations may include, but are not limited to, the following.

What We're Looking For

B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering Graduating between

December 2025 and August 2026

Strong academic record (e.g., 2:1 or above or local equivalent) Internship/co-op experience a plus Leadership and campus involvement
