Mechanical Inspector

to join our Quality team and support our commitment to high standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of mechanical parts and assemblies Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerances Use precision measuring equipment including verniers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and CMMs Calibrate and maintain in-house measuring equipment Identify, record, and report non-conformances in line with quality procedures Support root cause analysis and corrective actions Maintain accurate inspection records and reports Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality standards Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to support continuous improvement

About You

Proven experience as a Mechanical Inspector or similar quality role within manufacturing Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings Hands-on experience using precision measuring tools Good understanding of machining and assembly processes Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001 experience preferred) High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Able to work independently and as part of a team
