A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic maintenance team at CAP Works, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring the reliability of our assets. You will provide accurate diagnosis and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and technical equipment, working independently across a 3-shift system. Inspire collaborating with facility teams and suppliers to maintain a diverse range of machine tools and equipment, all while embracing innovative solutions to enhance our operations. Your expertise will directly contribute to minimising downtime and ensuring the continuous availability of our machinery.
How You'll Make an Impact

• You will provide individual and group assistance to ensure the reliability of machine tools and equipment across the site.
• Collaborate with facility and office teams across all shifts to maintain seamless operations.
• Liaise with suppliers for the procurement of parts and equipment, ensuring timely availability.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of machine tools and equipment, adapting to innovations and improvements.
• Assist in planning preventative maintenance aligned with business needs, while adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

What You Bring

• You hold a minimum ONC/HNC in an Engineering subject area or have completed a relevant engineering apprenticeship.
• You have time-served experience in mechanical engineering, preferably with multi-skilled capabilities.
• Your ability to work independently and adapt to a 3-shift system is essential.
• You are receptive to changing innovations and committed to improving asset reliability.

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonisation. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines, and generators. Decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalization of the fleet.
