We're looking for a proactive and experienced Mechanical Manager to lead our plumbing and gas maintenance services. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of projects across client sites, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee gas safety, wet plumbing systems, and responsive repairs.
Lead technical assessments, fault diagnosis, and minor installations.
Act as the single point of contact for clients on mechanical matters.
Manage internal engineers and subcontractors using CAFM systems.
Ensure all works meet ISO 9001:2015 and industry standards.
Coordinate RAMS and health & safety training for the team.
