Duties

Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth objectives. Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation's services.

Skills



Proven experience in business development or sales roles within relevant sectors. Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
