Managing Agents and Developers

, delivering key aspects of operation and maintenance for heat networks and plant rooms, all to

SFG20 standards

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced

Business Development Manager

with a proven track record in the

Managed Property sector

. You'll already know the key players--Developers, Managing Agents, and Property Managers--and understand the challenges of heat networks and energy centres.

Your mission?

Create PPM contract opportunities

using modern BD techniques--webinars, seminars, conferences, and exhibitions in addition to F2F and online meetings.

Convert leads into sales

and deliver defined profit and margin.

Promote our services

that improve compliance, efficiency, and sustainability.

What You'll Need

Strong understanding of: Industry hierarchy (Managing Agents, Developers) Heat networks - operation, strengths, weaknesses M&E Energy Centre maintenance Competitors and market trends Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Commercial awareness and confidence in delivering growth

45,000-60,000 (DOE)

Experience:

managed property sector : 2 years (required) HVAC or energy sector is highly preferred: 1 year (preferred)
