Mechanical Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Projects
London
A respected and long-standing air conditioning contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee multiple commercial fit-out projects across London. This role starts at the beginning of October, with long-term and permanent opportunities available for the right candidate.
Mechanical Site Manager's Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate commercial fit-out projects across London.
- Manage teams of duct fitters, refrigeration engineers, and air conditioning engineers.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce health & safety compliance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
- Strong mechanical trade back ground (air conditioning or refrigeration preferred).
- Valid CSCS card.
- First Aid.
- Proven experience supervising teams on commercial projects.
- Up to 280 a day, depending on experience.
- Standard site hours: 8 am-5 pm.
- Long-term contract with potential for permanent employment.
