Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee our engineering team and ensure the successful execution of mechanical projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, mechanical knowledge, and a solid understanding of design and analysis tools. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency within our operations.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the mechanical engineering team to ensure project milestones are met. Dealing with snagging works and meet the deadlines Conduct system design activities, including creating schematics and performing root cause analysis for mechanical failures. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical solutions into broader project frameworks. Maintain accurate documentation of design processes, modifications, and project outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a mechanical engineering environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex mechanical issues effectively. Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and other departments effectively. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential if experience is demonstrable. A solid foundation in mechanical knowledge is essential for this role.
