Mechanical Supervisor (HVAC):

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage projects effectively. This role involves supervising a team of subcontractors and ensuring that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely. The Mechanical Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality and performance on the project.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead our supply chain on a project, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks. Manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating resources and timelines effectively. Interpret and work from schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. Collaborate with other contractors on site. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a mechanical environment. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on maintaining operational efficiency. Qualifications and experience in HVAC systems.
