Sanper Construction Ltd is looking to recruit a Mechanical Supervisor to work on varied projects

within the prison services

They must also be able pass a strict vetting process set by the prison.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to carry out work to a high standard Ability to manage a small team Complete schedule of works issued in agreed timeframe Work independently and as part of a team Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with all safe operating procedures specific to the industry Ability to carry out work to a high standard Complete schedule of works issued in agreed timeframe Work independently and as part of a team Take responsibility for flagging variations in work against schedule Manage own time effectively

Key Skills and Qualifications:

DBS essential

Holder of a Full UK Drivers Licence and have own transport & tools

Excellent communication skills

Ability to deliver a great quality job on time

You must:

Speak fluent English supervisor experience Have own transport & tools Be able to operate power tools Hold a full UK drivers licence Have previous construction site experience
