Production Executive

to join our team and help deliver exceptional campaigns from concept to completion.

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing the full production process to ensure artwork and assets are delivered on time Creating deadline plans, managing specs, and chasing assets from clients Submitting artwork to providers and tracking proofs of posting Acting as the go-to contact for all artwork and production-related queries Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers Updating CRM systems and compiling information for post-campaign reports

What we're looking for:

2+ years' experience in media, production, or a similar role Strong commercial awareness and a client-first approach Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
