THE ROLE_

As Production Executive you will provide general support to our International OOH Production Department and manage delivery of multiple client campaigns. You will run projects from start to finish ensuring efficiency and timely implementation. Reporting to the Production Manager, your day-to-day tasks will be set by them and the Senior Production Manager with overarching direction from the Production Director. In this role, you will need to be extremely well organised and proactive, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

A DAY IN THE LIFE_

Providing admin support to the Production Director and wider team. Delivery of our clients' campaigns globally. Liaising with internal & external stakeholders to deliver first-class campaign management and consistently building great relationships. Assisting in the quick resolution of client and campaign issues, as and when they arise; and escalating issues to the Production Director when necessary. Creating production specifications for our client's campaigns. Creating and monitoring production schedules. Consistently building knowledge of advertising locations and proactively researching new sites. Evaluating the look and feel of our campaigns and layouts. Taking on ad hoc production tasks and reports, as required by the Production Manager and above.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR_

OOH Advertising knowledge is desirable. Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills (ideally Intermediate level in both). Excellent communication skills in both speaking and writing, to convey clear ideas and feedback. Ability to prioritise a high workload in line with business needs. Able to show resilience and the ability to work under pressure, and to tight deadlines. You stay cool, calm, and collected when things get busy. Responsive and calm when problems occur. Team player with heart - You lift others up and celebrate shared wins. Detailed orientated. Nothing gets past you. Ever. Extremely well organized.
