Media Buyer

to plan, launch, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Role Overview

As a Media Buyer, you'll manage a range of paid media campaigns with a focus on conversions, ROAS, and scalable growth. You'll work alongside content creators, designers, and strategists to build and test high-performing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and optimise paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) Monitor and adjust bidding strategies, targeting, creatives, and ad copy Analyse data daily to report on performance and identify growth opportunities Collaborate with creative and content teams to test and iterate ad variations Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and algorithm updates Manage budgets efficiently to maximise ROI and meet performance targets
Requirements

2+ years of experience managing paid campaigns (agency or in-house) Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (TikTok and other platforms a bonus) Proven track record of delivering performance-based results (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Comfortable managing multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or high-volume DTC campaigns
