Assist with the creative development, orchestration, and distribution of all local content.
Provide transversal department support for strategic projects across all product categories.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?Media & Content Planning & Implementation
Support the senior media manager with the development of media briefing, planning, and execution across all media touchpoints- print, OOH, display, paid social, and custom brand activations
Allocate and traffic creative assets for confirmed activity, ensuring alignment with local business trends and needs
Support the planning and the implementation of co-op advertising plan with Watch Specialists
Support Cartier's e-visibility on Department Store (Selfridges & Harrods) websites & Watch Specialist websites to maximise brand presence and relevant content
Facilitate photoshoot requests for commercial partners and native advertising campaigns
Plan and create localized content in collaboration with HQ & local teams for key initiatives
Work closely with Commercial, eCommerce, Client, Marketing, PR & Events teams on all relevant projects to ensure a consistent and relevant brand message
Budget & Billing
Assist the senior media manager with budget management and financial tracking including monthly accruals and spend-to-date analysis.
Process department invoices, reconcile billing issues, and update global media planning tool
Reporting & Competitor Analysis
Assist with reviewing PCA reports and ensure key learning and actionable recommendations are tracked and implemented
Actively monitor digital KPIs (CTR, CPM, CPCs) and ensure all media plans respect the media guidelines
Maintain Bumblebee (global media planning tool) to ensure it reflects the latest media plans split per medium, visuals, and budgets
Produce monthly competitor and digital trend analysis for the Marketing Department
Analyse Cartier's e-visibility on Watch Specialist websites & social utilising Radarly
Team Coordination & Documentation
Assist with building presentation materials to clearly communicate and visualize campaign recaps, media plans, budgets, competitive trends, and performance reports
Organize and maintain internal documents, media authorizations, contracts, media plans, and invoices.
Manage media library, publisher contracts, and seasonal mailing.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Previous marketing experience in the luxury industry with knowledge of the UK market
Strong passion for media and digital communications with a strong knowledge of the media landscape and experience running paid, organic, and custom programs.
Digital expert- savvy with digital media i.e. SEM, display, social media, and analytics tools
Seasoned in crafting well-designed, concise and articulated presentations
Able to demonstrate strong analytical and visualization skills via presentations and reports, clearly communicating large amounts of information precisely and creatively
Highly motivated team player and proactive
Must be resourceful, and comfortable working in a small team environment
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and have a passion for thoroughness and accuracy
Capacity to multitask and solution oriented
Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual skills
Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Acrobat, and major graphic/video file formats
