Media Executive for Disney Destinations International,

you'll help bring our iconic experiences to life for audiences across the UK and Ireland, supporting attendance, room nights, and revenue goals for Walt Disney World (WDW) and Disney Cruise Line (DCL).


This is a unique opportunity to shape media strategy and execution across multiple brands, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated, data-driven campaigns that inspire travel and spark joy.


This role is based four days a week in our Hammersmith office with a Monday or a Friday working from home.


What You'll Do

Translate marketing and media strategies into detailed media plans for WDW and DCL campaigns, using market insights, consumer data, and media performance learnings. Partner with central and local teams to develop integrated touchpoint strategies across paid, owned, and earned media. Lead the media development process--from briefing and planning to buying, reporting, and auditing--with local media agencies. Manage offline and digital campaign implementation, including briefing creative specs and tracking requirements. Own media budget management, including resource allocation, Purchase Order processing, and forecasting. Collaborate with media teams in Paris to align UK and Ireland plans with EMEA strategies and leverage successful formats and partnerships. Build media and digital knowledge across the wider marketing team. Maintain strong relationships with media agencies, media owners, and internal stakeholders across marketing, PR, Customer Relationship Management, finance, procurement, and legal.

What You'll Bring

Media experience in an agency or multinational marketing environment. Strong understanding of media management across TV, radio, online, and social platforms. Strategic and tactical skills in implementing marketing and sales plans. Exceptional negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. Strong presentation and coordination skills. Highly analytical, results-oriented, and motivated with a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Flexibility for travel and working hours as needed.
