The Media Lead is a new role which will focus on all media in our central HQ team based in London activating campaigns in our key global markets, whilst supporting on the overarching creative and media strategy for the year


The successful candidate will have experience of building growth from digital media and the decisions you make are based on data. You have strong attention to detail which helps you understand challenges and opportunities quickly. The regional and global marketing teams will be relying on you to be the specialist in media topics and therefore it is essential that you are a good collaborator with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:



Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' channels and assets Ensure that we have best in class digital media activation in our key global markets Act as the key sparring partner of the media agency for the region and approve day to day optimisations, channel budget splits etc to ensure delivery in line with targets Use media to convert interest in the brand into test drives, configurations, brochure downloads, KMIs etc Work closely with content and creative teams to ensure the content running is delivering the best possible results Work closely with other members of team to provide relevant updates on new media and creative innovations and how they may be used in future campaigns Working in collaboration with other relevant areas of the business on tasks (e.g. specific teams: partnerships, social etc), turning requests for Campaign support into sharp effective consumer briefs, built on customer insight and execute brilliantly to deliver against both commercial and Brand KPIs Develop timing and budget plans as well as identifying all the key milestones required including the strategic response the brief, the creative response to brief, the 360 comms plan and key approval stages Develop best in class reporting for the benefit of the marketing team and for reporting clear and simple performance updates to senior management

Qualifications:



Significant experience of social media/performance, as well as solid understanding of relevant regional media landscape and the mechanics of how different digital media channels work together Up to date with the latest trends and best practices on targeting, creative optimisation, automation, and attribution in digital marketing channels Proven experience in similar roles and a strong record of driving online sales growth Highly numerate and able to understand financial, market research and digital data Solid skills in at least one of the global marketing platforms we use such as Google DV360, Google Ads, SA360, Facebook Ads and Google Analytics to name a few Experience from agency side of media buying for global brands in an international context is preferable. Creative and media agency management experience and know how to inspire the best possible performance from them Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and multiple projects at any one time, organisational and project management experience is essential
