The Role
Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns Develop audience strategies across search and paid social (Meta, TikTok) Analyse and present results using Excel, PowerPoint, and Looker Studio Collaborate with creative and content teams to bring campaigns to life Work directly with clients to shape ongoing performance strategies
What You'll Bring
4+ years' experience in Paid Media / PPC / Performance Marketing Strong data analysis, targeting, and optimisation skills Confidence managing large budgets and delivering tangible ROI Experience across B2C, B2B, and eCommerce campaigns Passion for innovation and emerging digital platforms
