About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our expanding in-house marketing team. You will manage social channels across our network of legal brands, help launch new profiles for emerging projects, and play a key role in driving audience growth and generating quality leads through social content.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and posting daily content across a range of social media platforms for multiple legal brands Creating, launching and optimising new social media accounts for new brands within the business Developing and implementing strategies to grow follower numbers, engagement, and overall reach Monitoring performance analytics to improve content effectiveness and inform decision-making Working closely with internal teams to support wider marketing campaigns Helping generate inbound leads by producing high-quality, targeted social content Staying up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices

Requirements

Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar social media role Demonstrable examples of past successes, campaigns, or growth results (portfolio required) Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube) A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to produce engaging content tailored to different audiences Good copywriting, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple brands and priorities Experience using Wordpress, Canva and other creative tools
